Minecraft Story Mode in the works

Minecraft is one of the most popular games of all times, but the building game didn’t even need a story to become popular. What if it did have a story, though? Such a game could go very bad, but Mojang has partnered with a very trusted developer to bring Minecraft Story Mode to market.

The game will be put together in collaboration with Telltale Games, the same developer who brought The Wolf Among Us, The Walking Dead: The Game, and more recently, Game of Thrones.

The game will take place in the Minecraft universe and will feature an intricate story, with different characters and all. No set release date has been set, but we know the game is coming in 2015.

Opinion: Telltale games has become the king of decision-based storylines and games. These games are usually based off a main story, though. We have to wonder how they will manage to add a story to a story-less game.
