Apple could add pause and resume feature while video recording in iOS 11 Camera app

As noted by iOS developer Daniel Niyazov, Apple could add pause and resume feature while recording video in iOS 11 on iPhone and iPad.

He tweeted a screenshot showing some codes that mention the Pause and Resume function in the camera framework. So it’s unclear if Apple adds this feature in the coming version or might be a new feature for upcoming iPhone 8 camera.

Apple previously lacks pause and resuming video while shooting on 10 or below and still lacks in iOS 11 beta 5. So according to Daniel Niyazov, Apple may add this this feature in the final version of iOS 11 or in upcoming beta version.
