Klipsh have been busy updating their product range, and the latest is three new stylish X-Series earphones, including the premium-priced X20i model.
The X20i are Klipsch’s $549 big hope, and they call them “the most revealing headphones” they’ve ever made.
They feature a two-way dual armature design and for “broad bandwidth and a transparent sound” a super tweeter.
They’re hardy, too, thanks to the injection-moulded, surgical grade stainless steel casing.
The X12i earphones (US$349) use an “audiophile balanced” ported and vented armature driver that professes to replicate a “classic tube amplifier sound and deep bass”.
If that’s the case, these small, light earphones will be all about warmth.
Elsewhere, the XR8i earphones are what Klipsch claim to be “the first hybrid in-ear monitor”, designed to decrease distortion and interference between the woofer and tweeter.
The $279 model features an oval earpiece for a more ergonomic design.
