Uncovered in the Geekbench database, listings reveal that the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 tablet will run on an Intel Atom X5-Z8500 processor.
The X5-Z8500 is a quad-core, 64 bit chip clocked at 2.24GHz.
It will be backed up by 2GB of RAM and runs Android 5.1 with Xiaomi’s custom MIUI interface.
Release dates are TBA but we’re a little closer to learning about Xiaomi’s next big hope.
