What should I do a system crash of my Tronify TV BOX?

Have you meet the situation your TV BOX crashed and can't start normal?

6. Insert the power adapter，Insert the OTG cable 
7. With a diameter of less than 2mm screwdriver insert into the AV port, withstand
 
upgrade button without loose, at the same time press power button, for5 seconds, the device starts upgrade ROM automatically. Loosen the upgrade button at this time.
* The USB port that is first connected to device will be prompted to find new  equipment.
